His outstanding leadership and dedication were swiftly recognized, leading to his promotion to Managing Partner at the Montana General Office in 2012. Over the ensuing years, he continued to ascend the ranks, assuming leadership roles at the Eastern Washington General Office in 2016 and subsequently at the Seattle General Office in 2018, showcasing his adeptness in navigating diverse markets and fostering growth.
Driven by a profound belief in New York Life's mission, Tom is a fervent advocate for the organization, actively engaging with numerous charitable endeavors focused on supporting children navigating the complexities of grief. Alongside his beloved wife April, he is blessed with three remarkable children—Devon (27), Katelyn (20), and Margaret (17)—and a beloved labradoodle named Rosie.
